One Piece Cardboard Tubes
Many customers prefer the appeal of simply popping on the metal lid during packing and assembly. The metal plug on the base of the tube is supplied fixed for the internal product to be placed upon during packing. The metal closure is then applied as the top plug to conclude swift assembly process.
Two Piece Cardboard Tubes
Metal lids or covers can also be used for our alternative style which would be the ‘two piece’ option. Products which require that little bit longer shelf life often require a some more protection. This comes by way of the metal seal. Either as a metal lid covering the spigot before another cardboard lid is placed over, or as an aluminium foil hand seal or machine seal. Interior Lining
We care about what’s on the inside. Whilst the exterior is the first element people see, it doesn’t finish there. Our bespoke production continues right the way through to the interior of the cardboard tube. Should you require a more premium interior wrap, we can even include an aluminium foiled paper lining. This is a greaseproof silver paper perfect for those products that require a little bit more care.
